    Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Bailey island, Bailey island, ME.

    We used Bruce to help us find a second home and had a great experience with him. Three things really stood out about Bruce during the whole process: 1) superior local knowledge (from property details to the local rules of the road, Bruce had all the answers) 2) down-to-Earth style (whether he was showing us properties or we were catching up on the phone, we always had his undivided attention though he wasn’t pushy whatsoever); 3) crunch time (when we identified the property we wanted to go after, Bruce was on it, made sure we had all the facts, tracked down answers to all of our questions and then made sure the little details happened so we could close as planned). Overall, we highly recommend Bruce! We used Bruce to help us find a second home and had a great experience with him.
