Troy Kavanaugh is a lifelong Maine resident with decades of sales and marketing experience. Living in Midcoast Maine since the 1980’s, Troy is extremely knowledgeable of this area which is always very helpful to prospective buyers and sellers. He excels in public relations and communication, having coached youth sports for over 20 years and owning multiple restaurants in Midcoast and central Maine. Troy brings his leadership skills and “customer comes first” mentality to every relationship he now develops as an Advisor for Engel & Volkers Casco Bay. 

Outside of helping clients with their real estate needs, Troy enjoys traveling with his wife Shelby, on many occasions to the wonderful destinations we have right here in this  state, which keeps him familiar with everything about coastal Maine. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering on his favorite New England-area sports, which includes college and pros, but most importantly his children who now take after him and coach, and his grandchildren’s teams!
